Matthew J. Shepherd
Matthew J. Shepherd is a partner and the President of Law Offices Shepherd & Shepherd, P.A., and has practiced law for 22 years. While maintaining a diverse practice, most of Matthew’s time is spent in the areas of business and corporate matters, civil litigation, oil and gas, probate, estate planning, and real estate. Matthew represents clients in a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation, and contract drafting and negotiation. Additionally, Matthew represents individuals and businesses in state and federal court, and routinely represents a variety of clients including individuals, non-profits, small businesses, and large companies. Matthew is also currently the Speaker of the Arkansas House of Representatives.
